Here is a simple recipe:
Soak 4 dried chillies in water. In a mortar and pestle, grind 1 tsp each of black peppercorns and caraway seeds and 4 cardamom pods. Process 20 g coriander leaves, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 8 garlic cloves, the chillies and 1 tbsp oil. Add ground spices and blend to form a paste. Season well with salt.
